Warmest greetings, as you may look back at another year of memories, may you be filled with hope and excitement for the year to come. I avail myself of this opportunity to share with you a few thoughts and reflections. Teaching as you know is not limited to school and classroom work. Teachers spend much longer time constructing and correcting tests , developping and evaluating language material , planning and rehearsing lessons ...etc. Besides, teaching requires a context for its operations. I mean technological back- up , paper and chalk supplies, a supportive administration let alone motivated students. As such, teaching is undoubtedly a demanding job. For all these reasons, I invite you all to join me in a little project which might alleviate 'hard core' part of this tiring job. I suggest sharing teaching resources. First, we 'll start with mapping and compiling Bac exam items in terms of vocabulary, functions, passive voice, reported speech, conditionals and other similar language areas. A few colleagues promised to contribute, but I count on you all for support; as the proverb goes: "Many hands make light work" I bet this will open doors to more and more teacher-teacher collaboration. May Allah assist us all in this challenging enterprise.
